PayTicks is an online ticket booking site which lets you book bus tickets in India

Please read our full terms & conditions before you start using our app. Please be informed that when you are using this app, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions. PayTicks, neither operates nor owns buses, only connects the travellers with travel service providers.

You understand that bus fares listed on the website are solely determined by the service providers and we do not have any control over the fares. In an event of maximum fares which may be subject to law or regulatory, we are not responsible and liable for any contravention of regulations.

PayTicks allows you to use the website as a guest, without logging in or registering for an account. These terms are applicable to both the registered users and users who have logged in as guests.

Data collected: Your personal information such as name, email address, phone number, and sexual orientation to create an account with PayTicks and book tickets.

Data shared: Your data will be shared only with third parties (mentioned in this privacy policy) that help us provide our services to you. This includes Google Play Services (https://www.google.com/policies/privacy ) and Seat Seller (https://in3.seatseller.travel).

Furthermore, your data will be shared with our custom APIs (https://api.payticks.com)

Data usage: The data collected from you, including your personal information, will only be used for the following purposes:

1. Book tickets for you.

2. Send booking related information by SMS and WhatsApp, for confirmations and updates.

3. Share with our bus operators and service personnel to contact you regarding your booking.

4. Send verification emails and messages and authenticate your account.

5. Optimize our website and mobile application.

6. Send surveys to improve our services.

7. Notify sales offers, contest winners, and other marketing emails and newsletters, which you can opt out.

8. Marketing and research efforts.

Data retention: Your data, including personal information, will be stored in our servers until we need it for the purposes stated above. We might be required to store your data for a longer period of time to comply with legal requirements.

We are not responsible for the actions performed in your account and advise you to keep your account information, including username, password or private information, secure. We won’t share your data that has been provided by you, such as your mobile number and email address, with any other third parties unless it is required by the law. We also contact or send offer-related emails and messages to your registered mobile number and email address, which can be opted out when you don’t want to receive them.

We will not validate the bank account information provided by you during payment and you understand that the information is valid and authentic. Please note that you allow us to access payment gateways with the account or card information.

Wallet: Customers adding funds to their wallet can only use it for booking tickets from PayTicks. Callback & other promotional offers are also added to clients' wallets, which can solely be used in-app.
